  I am a plumbing contractor and Shane Koury authorized me to work on a property he had sold in July of 2011. He has never paid me for this work. He will not answer my calls nor my monthly statemnets. He acknowledges the work was completed and satisfactory. The home sold and I was told I would be paid at closing. A year and a half later I still have not been paid. I would never do work for him again nor would I recomend him. HE LIED TO ME EVERY TIME HE TALK TO ME!!!!!

  Someone from this company, "Shane Koury" was showing a house in my neighborhood, speeding down the road to get here, assuming he was late as the people who were looking were here about 10 minutes before him. No excuse, when children play here and even adults could have been hit at those speeds. I approached him nicely asking him to slow it down in neighbor hoods, he was confrontational and really didn't seem to care at all. I would keep in mind the care this man has for others when he is speeding down residential streets.
